I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers a great mix of old charm and modern comfort. The room was pristine, free from any lingering tobacco smoke odor, and provided exceptional value for money. The staff was not only efficient but also went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal, making exploring downtown and wine tasting a breeze. However, the dining options were a bit limited, but that didn't overshadow the fantastic overall experience.

Arriving at the hotel was a mix of good and bad: the check-in process was smooth, and we were happy to find a king-size bed waiting for us. However, on closer inspection, Santa Rosa's facility had some missing tiles in the bathroom which was a bit disappointing.
